How do you choose the right tools for you online channel, for sales, marketing and corporate information sites? As usual in the IT-branche, we have a lot of abbreviations and "newest of the newest that you cannot do without". Betreft: e-Commerce sessie: “Positionering” Op 16 mei jl. verzorgde Arlande een sessie voor e-Commerce managers over het thema “Positionering”. Het thema is gebaseerd op deze vraag: “Elke organisatie heeft momenteel maximale focus op overleven, waar staat u gepositioneerd als de economie opveert? Bent u dan veroordeeld tot online prijsgevechten?” Twee sprekers van bekende retail-organisaties deelden hun ervaringen op dit gebied. Beiden bedienen de klant zowel in fysieke winkels als online, de ene met een bekende clientèle van franchise nemers, de andere met een grotere en minder bekende doelgroep vanuit eigen winkels.
